Registration Process
  • When registering with us you will be asked to produce your Original passport Marriage/Birth Certificate or Driving Licence to be verified for identification purposes, proof of address and National Insurance number in the form of a card or tax document.
  • If a student a copy of confirmation from the College
  • Proof of right to work (if applicable)
  • You will be required to fill in our registration form
  • If you are looking for temporary or contract work you will need to provide details of two referees who we can contact prior to you starting any temporary or contract assignments.
  • For specialist skills, you will be asked to produce any relevant certificates, licences to be copied and held on your personal file
  • You will then meet with a consultant to discuss your application, the full registration process can take up to one hour
  • Once registered we do not call you every week, however ask that we are informed of any changes in your situation. We will of course contact you to discuss suitable roles that match your skills and experience.
  • All our Candidate services are free of charge

Healthcare Registration

For candidates registering for our healthcare division in addition to the above we would ask you to produce:

  • Current CRB check
  • Copies of certificates to include:
  • NVQ
  • Fire Safety
  • Health & Safety (requirements of Act 74 and 99)
  • Infection Control
  • Manual Handling (Practical)
  • Food Hygiene
  • First Aid
  • Medication
Qualified Registration
  • NMC Pin Card
  • Copy of NMC Statement of Entry
  • Registered body certificate – NMC (Latest Annual Renewal)
  • Copy of nursing certificates and qualifications
  • Copies of educational certificates
  • Occupational Health Certificate (Fitness to practice certificate)
  • Health Questionnaire
  • Hep B Certificate
  • Rubella Certificate
  • Tetanus
  • BCG
  • Mumps Certificate
  • Poliomyelitis
  • TB immunology Report
  • HIV (EPP Areas Only)
