This department oversees the compliance standards for all of the industries we supply to and ensures we adhere to the regulations set out by law, Swanstaff Recruitments internal recruitment policies and our client’s service level requirements.

Regular internal audits are conducted in all of our branches which enables us to monitor the standard of each branch, working with a unique scoring system designed to improve standards and enhance the quality of the staff we provide to our clients.

We work hard to ensure we are compliant with Immigration, Nationality & Asylum Act 2006, obtaining that statutory excuse for each candidate prior to finding them work and ensuring this is upheld throughout their engagement with us.

We monitor Working Time Regulations 2008 using our in house system and ensure employees do not breach the rules set out in this.

As a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation we pledge to follow its Code of Conduct.

For our specialist Healthcare division we provide comprehensive training to meet with the Skills for Care Induction criteria. This covers the Principles of Care, Moving and Handling, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Basic First Aid (HSE Approved), Basic Food Hygiene, Medication Handling, Infection Control and the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults. After induction, this training is refreshed annually.

With dedicated trainers qualified to PTTLS standards we are able to adapt our training to meet with our clients specific needs.

We are able to (but not limited to) offer additional training in Dementia, Epilepsy Awareness, Medication Administration, Child Protection and Managing Challenging Behaviour.

Swanstaff Recruitment offer full Occupational Health Screening where required, working with an Occupational Health specialist provider to ensure all our workers are fit for the task/job assigned and providing our clients with extra assurance.
