Qualified Social Worker - Looked after Children

Our client is looking for a qualified social worker for its Looked After Children team.

Experience of working with unaccompanied children seeking asylum would be a distinct advantage. Candidates must have experience of working with Looked After Children post qualification is essential, as is the use of a car for work, due to the disparate locations of the children and young people.

In addition, candidates must have a recognised qualification in social work, e.g. DipSW, CQSW or equivalent, with the necessary professional registration with the GSCC, as well as an enhanced CRB check carried out within the last twelve months (PoCA).

This is a temporary position. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK without restriction in order to apply.
