Our client, a well established provider of nursing care, is looking for a Registered Home Manager who has a passion for care, an understanding nature and a real affinity with the needs of older people particularly those with dementia. 

Day to day duties include being responsible for the care home, managing budgets, recruiting and assessing staffm as well as ensuring compliance with all legislation. 

You will need to have management experience and be qualified with at least NVQ Level 3 in care, but an NVQ 4/ RMA is ideal.
