This really is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a real passion for customer care, and work as part of a team. This role is very much about the customer experience and representing the company as a Brand Ambassador. The Role: -Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an outstanding customer experience to every customer contact, in all forms of communication (current channels include telephone, email, live chat and social media).-Build Customer Story around each contact: identify ways to personalise the experience of every customer,whenever possible and create lasting relationships.-Take responsibility and resolve any issues and complaints promptly and escalate to your team manager when needed - you are responsible for ensuring any challenging experience is turned into a positive one.-Work with colleagues and use online resources to communicate with customers in their native language.-Use all CRM systems confidently and accurately to record customer and order details ensuring smooth team communication and resolution of cases.-Feed customer requests and information upwards to the line managers and Head of Customer Service to improve the customer experience.Requirements: -Customer liaison experience required. -Excellent communication skills. -Fluent in English and either Arabic or Russian. -Understanding and respect for customers' diverse cultures. -Passionate in regards to delivering excellence within customer care.
