As Brand Ambassadors, the CSA role is about ensuring standards for Excellence, delivering an outstanding experience to every customer contact, in all forms of communication (current channels include telephone, email, live chat and social media).

-Identify ways to personalise the experience of every customer, whenever possible and create lasting relationships
-Take responsibility and resolve any issues and complaints promptly and escalate to team manager when needed - you are responsible for ensuring any challenging experience is turned into a positive one.
-Understand and respect customers’ diverse cultures; work with colleagues and use online resources to communicate with customers in their native language
-Act as a buddy and mentor to new members of the team
-Work together with fellow team members to support each other at busy times and in demanding situations
-Use all CRM systems confidently and accurately to record customer and order details ensuring smooth team communication and resolution of cases
-Feed customer requests and information upwards to the line managers and Head of Customer Service to improve the customer experience
-Experienced within customer service / telephone client liaison required
-Excellent communication skills
-Fluent in English and Arabic
-Passionate in delivering high standards of customer care
-Understanding of other cultures
