Job Title: Customer Service Representive
Swanstaff are pleased to announce that we are currently representing a prestigious client who is well established in their sector. My client has an excellent opportunity to become a customer service representative.
Working in the Contact Centre, you will provide our customers with an efficient and friendly service. You will handle enquiries from customers, update databases and resolve situations effectively. You will also be providing technical support and resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Ensure all queries received by phone, email, and letter is responded to within the agreed timescales.
- Provide customers with an excellent level of customer service.
- Take a high number of calls on a daily basis.
- Maintain customer records by updating information on the company database.
- Comply with processes and procedures to ensure that a high standard of service is achieved to both internal and external customers.
- Cover reception in the event of absence.
- Respond to customer queries through various channels including telephone, e-mail and social media.
- Cover in other areas of the Customer Service Department when needed.
- Input registration cards returned from our customers.
- Input daily reports returned from our Service Engineers.
- Actively participate in call coaching sessions
