Duties of a Driver
- Drive safely and adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
- Route Planning for optimised delivery times
- Report any accidents or injuries to Supervisors immediately.
- Loading and Unloading of Goods
- Report any maintenance requirements
- Follow road regulations and abide by road traffic laws.
- Work with support teams to provide exceptional customer services and address customer concerns.
- Perform vehicle inspection before and after each trip
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain driving log, prepare vehicle performance forms and complete daily paperwork
- Provide special care in delivering fragile and hazardous products.
- Utilise handheld devices to record deliveries

JOB OVERVIEW: Swanstaff recruitment are working with a prestige client looking for a forklift counterbalance driver based in Dartford. You will be moving around pallets for acompany based near Dartford station. This is an immediate start. The shifts are Monday to Friday with a rotation morning shift 06:00a.m - 14:00pm and an afternoonshift13:00pm - 21:00pm You will be required to do both shifts on a weekly rotatingbasis. This is a Temp to Perm position. Using a flt to ensure all products are packed away in warehouse Making sure all vehicles are packed correctly prior to departure and all orders are loaded correctly. Replenishment & Packing of stock within the ambient & chilled warehouse. PATIENT TRANSPORT DRIVER
£9.15 - 9.15 Per Hour Plus holiday pay
Swanstaff are currently looking for between 6 – 8 drivers for our client based in Dartford, to join their team to transport non emergancy patients in South East London. The start date for training will be Monday 14th June in Greenhithe Once you have completed your training and picked up the ambulance you will be based from your home address so no more commuting to work! Job Requirement: Working week is Monday to Friday, with weekends if required. Minimum of 45 hours per week, but extra hours are always available. Various shift start times that begin from about 5am, but are usually about 7-8am Ideally good geographical knowledge of South East London area Must have driven in the UK for minimum of 2yrs No previous DR or IN10 driving endorsements are allowed Maximum of 6 penalty endorsement points Good communication skills as you will need to speak to the patients Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver good patient care. Providing assistance for patients to access vehicle Ensure that when dropping off patients following their appointments/ discharge, they are left in a safe and secure environment Inspecting and completing daily vehicle and equipment check DBS Required which will be arranged by the client Job Description: Your daily duties will involve collecting non emergency patients from their home address and taking them to hospitals so they can make their appointments.
