Your role in Nursing
The role of a Nurse is to work alongside other registered nurses and care assistants in supporting them to provide quality care to all clients at all times. You may work in a variety of settings including Residential Homes, Nursing Homes, Hospices, Respite Care, NHS Hospitals and Private Hospitals. Duties of a Nurse
Because of the nature of your work, the duties and responsibilities of Nursing jobs can vary widely depending on a specific assignment or location. But general responsibilities include:

- Supervising and Training less-qualified healthcare staff
- Ensuring that personal care plans are followed

Required skills and experience for Nursing Jobs
To be a Swanstaff Nurse you must be a qualified nurse and hold a current NMC PIN and have at least 6 Months recent Nursing Experience in the UK. We also expect our carers to have the following key skills:

Our client are looking for someone who are devoted to caring for others and care about making a real difference to residents within private nursing homes. You will be flexible to work days 08:00-20:00 and/or night shifts 20:00-08:00 depending on your availability and the role also has the possibility of going permanent.
