Your role in Nursing
The role of a Nurse is to work alongside other registered nurses and care assistants in supporting them to provide quality care to all clients at all times. You may work in a variety of settings including Residential Homes, Nursing Homes, Hospices, Respite Care, NHS Hospitals and Private Hospitals. Duties of a Nurse
Because of the nature of your work, the duties and responsibilities of Nursing jobs can vary widely depending on a specific assignment or location. But general responsibilities include:

- Supervising and Training less-qualified healthcare staff
- Ensuring that personal care plans are followed
- Being mindful and reporting of any Safeguarding issues
Required skills and experience for Nursing Jobs
