Support Worker Duties and Responsibilities
- Assessing the needs of new clients by conducting interviews with individuals and their families.
- Reporting on assessments.

- Aiding clients with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, eating and drinking and general mobility.
- Recreational activities with clients.
- Providing information and support to the families of those within your care.
- Maintaining medical records.
- Participating in training to further your knowledge.
- Providing companionship.

Registered General Nurse

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking resgistered general nurse in the Chelmsford area. We are looking for a candidate who is flexibable and willing to work on shift rotas between shifts such as earlies, long days, nights, sleeping in and waking nights. Job Title: Registered General Nurse Location: Chelmsford Rate of Pay: £18.50 The Role: Delivering personal care to each individual Building a good relationship with each individual candidate Knowledge of End of Life Care Promote a High standard of care Excellent Infection Control knowledge Able to insert NG tubes and knowledge of nasal gastric feeding. An understanding of wound care/septic techniques Requirements: Flexible hours NMC Registration Up to date mandatory training.
