Support Worker Duties and Responsibilities
- Assessing the needs of new clients by conducting interviews with individuals and their families.

Housing Support Worker

Your duties will include opening and closing (depending on rote), completing new tenancy sign-up, supporting licensees with housing plan tasks, completing risk assessments and support plans with the licensees, managing a caseload of tenants and providing them support and advise with benefits applications, liaising with local authority, inspecting properties and reporting repairs, health and safety checks, reviewing CCTV. This role requires strong admin and IT skills, and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel etc.) is essential along with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. Housing Support Administrator
