Peterborough
Predominantly working within the Healthcare sector our Peterborough team are always on the lookout for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Nurses!
We asked our Peterborough team…
What makes your approach to client and candidate care different from other agencies?
We are very much about “being contactable” for all involved. We pride ourselves on a fast response to booking requirements and that is done by maintaining communication with our candidates about their requirements and availability. We do not hide behind emails and prefer the telephone/personal approach as we can build a better relationship and complete the task at hand with efficiency.
Why do you choose to recruit for Swanstaff rather than elsewhere?
We have a strong support team that works with us rather than being a separate entity – working together gets the job done!
