Our client has a great opportunity based in their Gillingham office. You will be responsible for generating sales and managing growth of acquired customers whilst processing orders ensuring and excellent service. You will ideally be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle due to location.
Job Title: Account Executive
Salary: £20-25,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonuses
The role of an Account Executive:
- Calls to customer with relevant offers. Successfully make the required outbound calls each day building the relationship with the customer.
- Reactivate lost accounts and continually monitor customers spend.
- Achieve a high level of accuracy on all orders, upsell and cross sell on every order to increase both size and order value.
- Process orders and enquiry's following quality control.
- Record and update customer details on salesforce.
- Ensure that all reporting is done correctly and on a timely basis.
- Ensure that all communication to customers both written and verbal maintains a high standard both in presentation and content.
- Attend staff meetings, training courses, exhibitions and seminars as required.
The requirements of an Account Executive:
- At least 1-2 years' experience in account management or sales.
- Able to grasp technical information quickly.
- Able to build excellent business relationships.
