Job title:Admin Office Assistant
Rate of pay:£9.50 per hour
The role of an Office Admin Assistant:
- Provide excellent Customer Service displaying compassion and understanding.
- Process customer orders and request
- Responding to emails from various inbox’s
- Accurate data capture & data cleansing
- Creating weekly reports
- Maintain excellent customer relations externally and internally.
- General Administration for the teams
- Maintaining excellent filing systems
- To undertake any other reasonable requests from the Management team
The requirements of an Office Admin Assistant:
- Customer focused and committed to service excellence.
- Sensitive to the requirements of customers and clients
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good people’s skills
- Potential candidates should show strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good IT skills to include Word & Excel.
- Ability to type accurately and effectively.
- Hard working and flexible
- Working to tight deadlines
- Solution driven.
- Good geographical knowledge
- Highly motivated individual
- Strong team player
- Open to new ideas and using own initiative.
