Our client is based in King’s Lynn and are looking for an adaptable, self motivated and resillent individuals to join their team as call centre advisors working Monday-Saturday rotation shifts. Our clients are also looking for someone who has the abaility to work at pace accurantly and to instructions and able to pay attention to details.
- Able to provide excellent customer service, offering a one call resolution where possible
- Able to engage with different people and customer type
- Taking inbound phone calls, and speak with customers who have a query about their service
- Able to keep accurate notes and records on the internal system
- To be self-motivated, and to ensure you are always working as part of the wider team
- Must be comfortable in complaints handling, sometimes dealing with more difficult queries
