Job Title: Care Assistant
The role of a Care Assistant:
Due to increasing demand from our client in the Colchester area, we are looking to recruit additional care assistants with experience of working with elderly people, particularly those with dementia, for both day and night work
Working as a Care Assistant within our client’s team, it’s not just the resident’s health needs you’ll help meet. You’ll also help them to get more out of life - to be more independent, to enjoy a wider range of activities, and, above all, to have more choice in their day to day life.
Whether you’re assisting a nurse, getting involved with a daily activities, filling in vital paperwork or lending someone a hand to eat their lunch, you’ll make all the residents you care for feel safe, comfortable and secure. In other words, you’ll make them feel right at home.
