We are working with a rapidly growing company delivering high performance service withinlogistics

The role is multi-skilled and involves working in a secure cargo handling environment. Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Warehouse sortation,

· Handling cargo airside

· Occasional driving for direct delivery of our freight locally

· Complying with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) – following instructions and communicating effectively

· Maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety and Security at all time

As the role operate in a secure, regulated environment,you will have access to controlled areas, the successful applicant will be expected to undertake an annual criminal record check. (DBS )

You should demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude, be a great team player and be able to operate in a fast paced, time critical environment. Additionally, you will:

· Need to recognise label and consignment information, so a good level of literacy and numeracy is essential

· Be based in a secure, regulated environment, so Aviation Cargo Security Certification is an essential part of the role; training will be required for the successful applicant.

· Hold a current valid passport

· Be in possession of a valid driving licence with a minimum of category B to be able to drive a 35cwt vehicle when required

· Be physically fit as the role requires a lot of physical movement, lifting and manual handling

· Be flexible to work overtime when required

Working Hours: Permanent Part-Time (25 hours per week)

Monday to Friday 20:00 – 01:00AM
