The part you'll be playing;
You'll be an experienced Compliance Manager and the driving force behind your team complementing Swanstaff's strategical growth plans. With your hands-on approach when it comes clearing candidates, you'll motivate and mentor your team and ensure they meet their personal and team targets successfully.
With your solid understanding of the complexities within recruitment and employment compliance you'll be able to confidently resolve any escalations and demonstrate a proactive approach when it comes to recruitment regulations and legislations and making sure the team and wider organisation are aware of these changes.
As Compliance Manager you will respond to requests from the leadership team and clients promptly and accurately and ensure regular compliance updates are provided - generating weekly reports using Aspire to monitor existing worker compliance.
Be adept at audit protocols, completing internal audits and working with clients to meet contractual compliance obligations and fulfil audit requirements successfully. Ensure any issues that arise are dealt with efficiently and effectively and report results of audits to the Support Services Executive.
You will work closely with our Regional Trainer to organise candidate training courses where required. With your great eye to detail you will oversee that your team are making sure available candidates are booked onto the relevant training courses by monitoring the training calendar on a weekly basis.
The department will need to meet and exceed KPI's set for clearances per week, you will monitor all team members performance and encourage them to meet all individual targets set. Being one step ahead (always!) will improve the quality and content of the service provided to candidates and clients, making us more favourable than our competitors.

Our Compliance team play a substantial part in the growth of Swanstaff Recruitment and are the driving force whom allow us to operate on a national scale. This team are highly dedicated to ensuring as many new candidates are compliant to work with the quickest turnaround possible.
Basic Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 D.O.E
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30

*20 days holiday when you commence employment, after the successful completion of your probation you will be given an extra 5 days holiday. After 2 years' service holiday increases to 28 days plus bank holidays.
