The part you'll be playing;
Another entity to our business is Swan Family Children's and Families Contact Centres. We operate 9 Children's Contact Centres on behalf of local authorities across the UK, whereby qualified professionals supervise these allocated contact sessions.
As a Contact Service Financial Coordinator, you'll be the point of contact for our Contact Supervisors who work on behalf of specific Contact Centres and assist them with queries surrounding their pay. You'll be processing weekly timesheets, analysing timesheets against our working calendar and building spreadsheets for reporting purposes and submitting all reports to the Finance Director.
This is a deadline driven working environment, your organisation skills would be second to none and you'll be an Excel whizz - no discrepancies or anomalies would get passed you! You will have previous experience working within an incredibly busy accounts department and to fit in with us, you will need to be the ambitious type, who completes one challenge and then says, what next?.

The teams you will be working within;
At present we have four extremely ambitious and determined Contact Service Financial Coordinators, who are responsible for processing approximately 1300 timesheets per week.
You will be providing payroll and administrative support to designated Contact Centres within our organisation. You'll be joining a fun, sociable and lively team working in the coolest office outside of London.
Basic Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 D.O.E
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
Reporting to: Finance Director

*20 days holiday when you commence employment, after the successful completion of your probation you will be given an extra 5 days holiday. After 2 years' service holiday increases to 28 days plus bank holidays.
