Job Title: Customer Care Associate
Location: Holkham, Norfolk
Rate of Pay: £8.65 per hour
The Role of a Customer Care Associate:
Helping Customers with their queries via incoming telephone calls and online live web chat. To provide excellent service and assure the customer is happy with how the problem is being dealt with. Providing the top level Customer care experience giving the customer a stress free shopping experience by going above and beyond.
Incoming calls will need to be answered in a well-mannered way, making sure the unhappy/troubled customer is completely happy with the service provided and any queries rectified.
Live web chat will come to the available adviser and you will have to follow steps and procedures to ensure the customer is being provided with the correct care.
Full training provided, as well as on job support.
