Data Analyst's! Our client is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Data Analyst's to work on a full time, permanent basis! Could it be you?

Reporting to the Operations Manager and Director, this role requires a high level of knowledge in windows applications, experience from a similar environment with knowledge of Patient Transport would be highly desirable. Responsible for designing and running reports for operations and the senior management team as well as managing the development between cleric and Savoy. the job role holder will be expected to ensure all records and administration is correctly maintained and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will be highly competent in front end windows applications.

The job role holder will be expected to provide the business with a high standard of service that maximises the professional working relationship between the company and the NHS.

Duties of a Data Analyst:

1. Cleric
· Designing and running reports
· Analysing and processing reports in Excel, including batch files
· Trouble shooting, resolving queries and problems with the system
· Process improvement, changing how the system is used by the user
· Training new users

  • General Administration duties

2. C-Track (Vehicle Tracker)
· Running reports on the system
· Trouble shooting, resolving queries and problems with the system
· Processing returned key fobs
· Allocating key fobs to new drivers
· Setting up user accounts and passwords
· Tracker auditing

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience within data analysis administration is essential
  • Strong administrator who has excellent attention to detail
  • Experience within a relevant public sector environment is desirable
  • Excellent people skills and able to communicate to all levels is vital to this role
  • IT skills
  • Previous Cleric experience is desirable, training can be provided.
  • Ability to multi task whilst under pressure
  • Proven ability to be flexible within an environment where priorities are constantly changing
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Able to work both individually and in a team
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Common sense and able to demonstrate a sense of ownership.
  • Must have the ability to build relationships with internal staff and customers
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including early starts, late finishes and weekends if necessary
