Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

Rate of Pay: £9.25 - £11.75

Swanstaff are looking for a hardworking, dedicated and passionate healthcare worker to join our team looking after 41 elderly residents in a beautiful purpose built care home situated near the historical town of Kings Lynn, This home specializes in providing 24 hour high quality care for residents suffering from dementia at various stages in a comfortable, homely and friendly environment.

Requirements of a Healthcare Assistant:

• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, bathing, and meal preparation).

• Encouraging client to take part in activities throughout the day.

• Building relationships with clients to gain their trust.

• Encourage the client to live independently.
