Rate of Pay: £9.50-£11.50

Swanstaff are looking for a hard working and passionate support worker to support individules with their everyday liking in this home that consists of 32 rooms that can accommodate 1-2 residents per room, we like to embrace diversity in all that we do in this environment Due to our diverse community, we encourage everyone to live as an individual with little assistance providing the care and support that the resident needs at the same time. We strive to do our very best with supporting the residents living in the home and supporting the staff that work along side us.

Requirements of a support worker

• Support client with day-to-day activities
• Encourage the client to live independently
• If needed, assist client with personal care needs and encourage them to do it independently
