Rate of Pay: £9.53 - £10.17

Swanstaff are looking for a dedicated and passionate healthcare assistant to join the team looking after elderly people with physical frailty and elderly mental infirmity or dementia in this warm welcoming and comfortable care home. Staff strive on providing the best care for each resident depending on their needs and abilities encouraging them to live independently with confidence. Activities are also taken place in this home to boost the residents mental and physical abilities. You will be required to provide high quality care to each individual in a professional manner

Requirements

• Assisting residences to the access community
• Supporting with the preparation of meals and drinks
• Manage daily activities in care plan
• Administrating medication
• Assisting with bathing, showering, making bed and feeding
• Companionship and care in a variety of setting
• Encouraging residents to feel comfortable and confident in their abilities to live independently
