Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
The responsibilities of a Healthcare Assistant:
Due to increasing demand from our client in the Clacton area, we are looking to recruit additional Healthcare Assistants with experience of working with elderly people, particularly those with dementia, for both day and night work.
Working as a Healthcare Assistant within our client's team, it's not just the resident's health needs you'll help meet. You'll also help them to get more out of life - to be more independent, to enjoy a wider range of activities, and, above all, to have more choice in their day to day life.
Whether you're assisting a nurse, getting involved with daily activities, filling in vital paperwork or lending someone a hand to eat their lunch, you'll make all the residents you care for feel safe, comfortable and secure. In other words, you'll make them feel right at home.

The skills you'll need:
To join us, you will need a minimum of six months experience in a care environment - but more importantly, you will need flexibility, enthusiasm and the be able to work as part of a team.
