ROLE: Internal Recruitment Resourcer

LOCATION: Head Office (no home working available)

6-month contract

Part-time/Full-time (minimum 20 hours)

Swanstaff is one of the fasted growing recruitment companies in the UK, and we have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Resourcer to be based from our Head Office. This position is a full time or part-time position initially a 6-month contract, with the possibility of this being extended depending on the demands of the business.

General Duties

  • First point of contact for Internal Recruitment candidates
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Understanding the positions and requirements needed to fulfil the roles which will include liaising with the internal teams
  • Pro-actively source, attract and pre-screen candidates using a variety of channels including job-boards, Facebook & LinkedIn to assess suitability for roles based on qualifications and experience over the phone
  • Writing, posting, updating and maintaining new/existing adverts across a range of job boards
  • Constantly canvasing potential candidates
  • Pre-screening and organising candidates’ interviews
  • Sending CVs to managers once screened with a detailed
  • Gaining interview feedback from both parties
  • Accurately updating recruitment trackers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels
  • Providing general administration support to the recruitment function

Performance Measurement

  • Meeting or exceeding deadlines and timeframes set for tasks and projects
  • Meeting or exceeding agreed Key Performance Indicators for specific projects, to be agreed prior to the project commencement date
