Here at Swanstaff we are recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join their growing team. They're looking for somebody who doesn't shy away when it comes to putting the work in.

Job title: Machine Operator
Location: Chelmsford
Rate of pay: £8.21 per hour

The role of a Machine Operator:
Your working hours will be Monday - Thursday 10:00-22:00, Friday 10:00-17:30 and occasionally the odd Saturday on a 10:00-22:00 shift which is paid at time and a half. You will be working on a factory line on a certain section but will be required to working on different sections when needed. Training is given but preferably they're looking for someone who has had some experience operating machines.

This is a temporary position but eventually they would be looking to take you on permanently depending on your hard work. Once taken on permanently your pay will also increase.
