Our prestige client is looking for a pension administrator working from either Birmingham/ Edinburgh or remote working
Monday to Friday 9am – 17.30pm
We will consider working from offices based in Birmingham or Edinburgh or remote working
The ideal candidate will have 2 years admin experience preferably in pension or finance but not essential who can pick up processes etc quickly, show great attention to detail and is able to really just get stuck in and work independently
Ensure self-management of deadlines being met in relation to daily, monthly and quarterly tasks set
High level of methodical ability of administration processing, which will enable the project to complete within the set timeframe .
understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of business
- Creation of and review packs via the Delta Module Manager
- Updating of client data and values via CRM system
- Creation of drawdown illustrations via Delta third party licenced illustration software (PAS)
- Issuing of packs and quotes directly to clients and their financial advisers
- Telephoning product providers to obtain month end valuations
- Using online platform portals to obtain month end valuations
Navigating the Companies House website to obtain company data for unlisted shares and third-party loans
