Swanstaff Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our family run client, in their search for permanent and full time Production Operatives.

Job Title:Production Operative
Location: Northfleet, Kent
Shift: 14:00 – 22:00, Late Shift
Salary:£18,720 - £24,000 per annum

The Role:

Day to day duties for the initial role will include:

Training on how to operate the machinery
Quality Control
Maintaining a safe and comfortable working environment
Feeding materials onto machines
Stacking finished goods onto pallets

The Requirements:

Machine Operator/production operation experience is essential – ideally within paper, corrugated or print industries
Flexible approach to working hours is essential
Experience within the manufacturing industry is desirable
It is essential for the right candidate to be a true “team player”
