Job Title: Shift / Production Supervisor

Location: Northfleet, Kent

Shift: Either 14:00–22:00 or 22:00-06:00

Salary:Ranging from £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a busy and fast paced production line
  • Motivate and lead the team on the floor
  • Providing training to your team
  • Oversee and be responsible for labour management within your area
  • Conduct interviews for new hires into the team
  • Monitor and track staff absence / attendance
  • Ensure Health & Safety regulations are being adhered to

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience supervising and motivating a team
