Are you an experienced Administrator/ Receptionistlooking to start work ASAP!

Swanstaff Recruitment are looking for a receptionist/administrator for our prestige healthcare clients based in the head office located in Colchester. This role is for someone with passion and full of energy to support the service by delivering its operational commitments including dealing with general enquires and proving an efficient reception service.

You must have experience within reception meeting and greeting.

  • Good telephone manner
  • Helpful attitude
  • Be proficient in word and outlook diary management
  • Administration support
  • Handle all day-to-day operations
  • Direct calls to the correct person

This is a 3-week temp role but could be longer for the right person start date 16th August
