Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Colnbrook
Salary:£12 per hour

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. You will be attracting the best talent for our service delivery, warehouse and office teams. You will be expose to high volume of ongoing recruitment, where no day is the same. Working in a fast-growing company, you will be a core contact for recruitment requirements, so a passionate, driven and flexible attitude is vital.

The role of a Recruiter Coordinator

  • Manage recruitment projects
  • Understand recruitment trends
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns online and within the local community
  • Manage high volume job board postings and applications in a timely manner
  • Ensure all candidates have suitable capabilities to work based on eligibility and experience
  • Develop candidate attraction through social media and online job boards
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment activity ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Interview all potential candidates and arrange next stages of the interview
  • Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process
  • Communicate with candidates on all aspects of the recruitment process and provide feedback where appropriate
  • Represents and promotes organisation to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
  • Organise and participates in job fairs
  • General admin duties (interview notes, updating database, interview bookings etc)

Requirements of a Recruitment Coordinator:

  • Passion for recruitment
  • Recruiting and interviewing skills
  • Confident to network face to face, by phone or by email with potential candidates
  • Understanding and familiarity with recruitment marketing
  • Good understanding and previous experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS
  • Creative and able to use own initiative
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
  • Good time-management skills
  • Min 2 years of candidate sourcing or related experience
  • Be able to provide clean basic Criminal Record Check prior to start date (obtained with 10 weeks)
  • Provide a full 5-year checkable history (no gaps longer than 28 days)
