Resourcer (Permanent Recruitment)
Basic Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 (dependant on experience)
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
Reporting to: Team Leader

What does my team look like?
The National Perms team has been operating for 5 years and have 20 years of perm recruitment experience put together. With specialists across seven sectors this team prides themselves providing an excellent experience for their clients and candidates.
This team is made up of candidate attraction geniuses and business development machines whom are continuously building their candidate and client pools. 'Be the benchmark' is a core value these Swans model themselves on by continuously reaching milestones, overachieving KPI's and encouraging one another to be the best they can be!
The part you'll be playing;
As a Resourcer with us you'll wear many hats (figuratively speaking!). You'll play an incredibly important role in the ultimate success of the team. Without you, we have no candidates. Without candidates, we have no business. And our business is placing the best candidates into permanent vacancies for our clients.
You'll be required to source the best candidates on behalf of our clients. So, you'll have your finger on the pulse when it comes to modern sourcing methods - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc. as well as using the more traditional methods.
Once you've found the best people, you'll then facilitate the process, from CV screening to scheduling face to face interviews on behalf of your clients and ensuring the process is smooth for clients and candidates alike. You will be responsible for ensuring both candidate and client are always happy and receive outstanding levels of service.

*20 days holiday when you commence employment, after the successful completion of your probation you will be given an extra 5 days holiday. After 2 years' service holiday increases to 28 days plus bank holidays.
