Basic Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 D.O.E
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Reporting to: Branch Manager

What does my team look like?
These Swans are a team of experts who have a wealth of knowledge within the Healthcare, Driving & Industrial sectors and they are on the lookout for a new addition! They are looking for a dedicated Resourcer who can play an integral part and continuously build their candidate pools with the best candidates around.
If we were to sum up our perfect candidate for the role, we would say you are incredibly efficient, able to work quickly and adapt immediately to changing workloads. You'll be a confident communicator, a real people-person and someone who gets a buzz out of finding the right person for the right job and vice versa. Oh, and fun. We love what we do and working with us, you will too.
The part you'll be playing;
You'll be required to source the best candidates on behalf of our clients. So, you'll have your finger on the pulse when it comes to modern sourcing methods - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc. as well as using the more traditional methods.
Once you've found the best people, you'll then facilitate the process, from being an applicant to a 'live' candidate - you'll conduct a thorough face to face interview to get a better understanding of their strengths and requirements. Once they are 'live' you'll work closely with a Senior Recruitment Consultant (your partner in crime!) to ensure that the candidate is provided with as much work as they require - ensuring that both candidate and client are always happy & receiving outstanding levels of service.

*20 days holiday when you commence employment, after the successful completion of your probation you will be given an extra 5 days holiday. After 2 years' service holiday increases to 28 days plus bank holidays.
