Daily Duties of aSales Office Assistant:

  • Approaching new clients
  • Managing current clients
  • Increasing orders from existing accounts
  • Managing client stocks
  • Sales administration
  • Dealing with inquiries via telephone
  • Providing cover during annual leave / sickness

Requirements of aSales Office Assistant:

  • Quick learner
  • Strong IT skills (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Self motivated
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Target driven

  • Articulate
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, thriving environment

Standard working hours:

08:00 - 17:00

Monday to Friday
