Servicing Consultant / Account Manager (Permanent Recruitment)

Basic Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 (dependant on experience)
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
Reporting to: Team Leader

What does my team look like?
The National Perms team has been operating for 5 years and have 20 years of perm recruitment experience put together. With specialists across seven sectors this team prides themselves providing an excellent experience for their clients and candidates.

This team is made up of candidate attraction geniuses and business development machines whom are continuously building their candidate and client pools. The part you'll be playing;
As a Servicing Consultant with us you'll wear many hats (figuratively speaking!). You'll play an incredibly important role in the ultimate success of the team. Your previous account management experience will be advantageous as you will be servicing our continuously growing clientele. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and maintaining your relationship by servicing them regularly.

You will also be responsible for sourcing the best candidates on behalf of our clients, as an experienced resourcer you'll be expected to use both traditional and modern methods. Once you have found the best people for the role, you'll maintain contact with them throughout the whole process.
We want to ensure all candidates are presented with suitable permanent opportunities and ensure that both candidates and clients alike are always happy and receive outstanding levels of service.

*20 days holiday when you commence employment, after the successful completion of your probation you will be given an extra 5 days holiday. After 2 years' service holiday increases to 28 days plus bank holidays.
