What does my team look like?
These Swans are a team of experts who have a wealth of knowledge within all sectors and they are on the lookout for a new addition! They are continuously building, maintaining and growing their driving, industrial and healthcare desks and there's room for a real grafter who can match their hard efforts.
If were to sum up our perfect candidate for the role we would say you are incredibly efficient, able to work quickly and adapt immediately to changing workloads. You'll be a confident communicator, a real people-person and someone who gets a buzz out of finding the right person for the right job and vice versa. Oh, and fun. The part you'll be playing;
As a Shift Co-ordinator with us you'll wear many hats (figuratively speaking!). You'll play an incredibly important role in the ultimate success of the Branch. Without you, we have no candidates. Without candidates, we have no business. And our business is placing temporary staff into temporary vacancies.
You'll be required to source the best candidates on behalf of our clients. So, you'll have your finger on the pulse when it comes to modern sourcing methods - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc. as well as using the more traditional methods.
Once you've found the best people, you'll then facilitate the process, from being an applicant to a 'live' candidate - you'll conduct a thorough face to face interview to get a better understanding of their strengths and requirements. Once they are 'live' you'll work closely with a Recruitment Consultant (your partner in crime!) to ensure that the candidate is provided with as much work as they require - ensuring that both candidate and client are always happy & always receive outstanding levels of service.
Basic Salary: £17,000 - £19,000 D.O.E
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

*20 days holiday when you commence employment, after the successful completion of your probation you will be given an extra 5 days holiday. After 2 years' service holiday increases to 28 days plus bank holidays.
