Our executive client is looking for a site manager based in the local area will be someone who has been on the tools and worked up who is happy to chip in with the work along with dealing with essential paperwork.

Rate of Pay: To be discussed based on experience
The Role of a Site Manager:
You will be working with the initial set up of holiday homes with all aspects of groundworks you will need to have with relevant CSCS AND CPCS card along with SSSTS & H&S Level 1 minimum and first aid being a must, The ideal candidate will have Experience on 360 Excavator's, Dumpers all basic ground work machinery and ideal have Worked with driveways, Concrete basing, Curbing and basic lighting, If you have done Residential then that will be a bonus with the same jobs needing to be done for this job
This position is for an Immediate Start with potential to work weekends and 12 hours days.
Requirements of a Site Manager:
- Relevant CSCS & CPCS for site manager
- SSSTS Certified
- Health and Safety Certified
- First Aid Trained
- Experience in groundworks
- Own transport is essential due to site location
