Swanstaff Recruitment are recruiting for a Sous Chef for a bar and family restaurant North Ipswich (outskirts) The restaurant opens 6 days a week supplying only the best home cooked food using all fresh produce designed by the Head Chef.

Location: Martlesham, Suffolk
Rate of pay: £26,000 per annum
The role of a Sous Chef:
Key responsibility will be to ensure a first class product is delivered to customers at all times. Overseeing the smooth running of the back of house operations; providing full support to the kitchen team. Working with the Head Chef incorporating menus, management and Leadership.
The requirements of a Sous Chef:
- Do you have previous UK experience in this or a similar role?
- Do you hold Level 2 Food Hygiene?
- Do you have a valid Enhanced DBS?
