Job Title: Support Worker
Salary: £8.25 - £11.00 per hour
The role of a Support Worker:
Working as a Support Worker within our clients' teams, it's not just the service users' health needs you'll help meet. You'll also help them to get more out of life - to be more independent, to enjoy a wider range of activities, and, above all, to have more choice in their day to day life. Whether you're getting involved with a daily activity, filling in vital paperwork, lending someone a hand to make their lunch, or simply being there for them, you'll make all the people you care for feel safe, comfortable and secure. In other words, you'll make them feel right at home.
The requirements of a Support Worker:
To join us, you will need a minimum of six months experience in a care environment - but more importantly, you will need flexibility, enthusiasm and the be able to work as part of a team.
