Our client, a major regional care provider specialising in Learning Disability and ASD, will require substantial additional staff over the coming 6 months to work with additional residential and supported living service users.
Job Title: Support Worker
Working as a Support Worker within our clients' teams, it's not just the service users' health needs you'll help meet. You'll also help them to get more out of life - to be more independent, to enjoy a wider range of activities, and, above all, to have more choice in their day to day life. Whether you're getting involved with a daily activity, filling in vital paperwork, lending someone a hand to make their lunch, or simply being there for them, you'll make all the people you care for feel safe, comfortable and secure. In other words, you'll make them feel right at home.

The skills you'll need
