Job Title: Support Worker

Location: Peterborough

Rate of Pay: £9.50-£10.70

Swanstaff are looking for a positive, keen support worker to join our team. You will be required to assist residents with everyday living ensuring that each individual is feeling respected, listened to and included in activities. The staff strive on providing the best possible care for each resident by ensuring that dignity, trust and respect are shown each time that are willing to build relationships with each resident on a daily basis.

Requirements of a Healthcare Assistant

• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, bathing, and meal preparation).

• Encouraging client to take part in activities throughout the day.

• Building relationships with clients to gain their trust.

• Encourage the client to live independently.
