Job Title: Support Worker

Location: Chelmsford

Rate of Pay: £9.53-£11.24

Swanstaff are looking for candidates that are looking to provide support work to adults around the age of 65 with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health condition, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and substance misuse problems. Candidates will be required to be dedicated to ensure that each resident is given the best individual care that meets their needs. There are activities that take place every day to motivate residents to maintain both mental and physical.

Requirements of a Healthcare Assistant

• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, bathing, and meal preparation).

• Encouraging client to take part in activities throughout the day.

• Building relationships with clients to gain their trust.

• Encourage the client to live independently.
