Job Title: Support Worker

Location: Peterborough

Rate of Pay from: £9.50-£10.70ph

Swanstaff are looking for a cheerful, keen, and hard-working support worker that have a passion to care for residents with learning disabilities. You must assist them with everyday living which will include the activities that the service provides for them, so the individuals feel valued, equal and listened to.

Requirements of a Healthcare Assistant

• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, bathing, and meal preparation).

• Encouraging client to take part in activities throughout the day.

• Building relationships with clients to gain their trust.

• Encourage the client to live independently.
