We are looking for flexible support workers in Chelmsford to support children with emotional ad behaviour difficulties between the ages of 10 - 18 within residential homes. You will enable them to build upon their confidence, self-esteem and resilience as they progress into adult life.
Each individual has a tailored care package and hours are catered around the individual’s needs which therefore may include supporting during the day, evenings or weekends.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals to build their confidence and self esteem
- Supporting individuals with daily life skills
- Supporting colleagues to ensure a high standard of delivery
- Manage daily activities in care plan
