Job Title: Support Worker

Swanstaff are looking for a bright, enthusiastic support worker to join the team supporting adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities helping them live their best lives, this specific home consists of two bungalows accommodating up to 8 individuals with staff that support them each day encouraging them to live independently with assisting them with personal care, cooking, cleaning and even encouraging them to personalise their rooms to their preference.

Requirements

Assisting residences to the access community
Supporting with the preparation of meals and drinks
Manage daily activities in care plan
Administrating medication
Assisting with bathing, showering, making bed and feeding
Companionship and care in a variety of setting
Encouraging residents to feel comfortable and confident in their abilities to live independently
