Job Title: Telesales Executive

Our award winning client have an excitingTelesales Executive role.The role is full time and permanent and offers a competitive package.This is an exciting and unique opportunity.

The role

Our clientis leading dynamic audio-visual integrators with an innovative portfolio of bespoke AV solutions selling into different vertical markets such as education, corporate and the retail world.

By adopting a partnership approach with both clients and manufacturers, CDEC ensures that every installation is tailored to the individual needs of each project.

The company is still growing and all employees are expected to work as a team and support.

We are looking for a dynamic, determined, reliable telesales person that really shows passion and strives for success in everything they do.

They will need to be self-motivated and the ability to work on their own initiative. We are looking for someone that can build strong relationships with the customers, with excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be computer literate and have a proven track record in telesales.

You will be expected to make a number of cold/warm sales calls every day, generating opportunities for these calls. You will be working towards set KPI's and set targets and paid against these by way of salary and commission. Your role will require you to:

  • proactively identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads

  • develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors

  • take the lead to follow up enquiries generated from canvassing by the account managers

  • use your initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on our existing database

  • manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business

  • plan and implement your strategy for developing new leads, and brand awareness
