Overview

This course is primarily for those who work within a health & social care setting caring for individuals with Dementia. Delegates will learn about the causes of Dementia & Alzheimer’s and be able to understand behaviours and why they happen. They will also learn coping strategies for these and how to defuse potential escalation situations.
